Taza Pir Mosque

Baku's central Shia mosque, built between 1905 and 1914 and funded by the philanthropist Nabat Khanum Ashurbeyova. It is the seat of the Caucasus Muslims Board and hosts the city's main Friday prayers and Muharram gatherings.
