Shahid Hussain Baltistani is a globally renowned Shia reciter, composer, concept writer and poet originally from the Baltistan region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, now based in New Jersey, USA. He is recognized for writing and composing much of his own material in addition to performing it, blending traditional Balti and Urdu devotional styles for audiences at majalis around the world.
