Saleem Bhimji

Shaykh Saleem Bhimji grew up in Edmonton and studied at a technical college before pursuing Islamic studies in Medina, New York, and later in Qom. Since returning to Canada in 2000, he has worked with various non-profits and Shia Islamic centers. He runs the Islamic Publishing House, has authored or translated over 50 books, and is currently working on a multi-volume Quran commentary. He also serves as the Director of Islamic Studies and a teacher at Az-Zahraa Islamic Academy in Richmond, BC.
