Darb-e Imam

A 15th-century Imamzadeh complex in the Dardasht quarter of Isfahan, built by the Qara Qoyunlu dynasty and renovated under the Safavids. Known among scientists for its girih tilework, which closely resembles Penrose tilings. Numerous Safavid and Mongol-era princes are buried in the surrounding cemetery.
